By using VidGen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Creating deepfakes without consent
• Generating illegal or harmful content
• Impersonating others
• Adult, violent, or discriminatory content

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits expire after 30 days from activation
• Plans are activated manually after payment confirmation
• Project failures automatically refund unused credits
