Before you write to us…

How fast do you respond to support emails?+

We aim to reply to customer support within one business day. Sales, security and abuse reports are normally answered the same business day. Billing and refund requests are typically actioned within one to two business days.

Can I reach you on WhatsApp?+

Yes. Our general WhatsApp line is +92 304 7036143. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for sales conversations and time-sensitive enterprise enquiries.

Where is VidGen based?+

VidGen is independently built and operated in Pakistan. We work asynchronously across time zones and serve customers worldwide.

I need to delete an avatar photo or voice clone immediately. What do I do?+

You can delete most assets directly from the studio Library. For urgent privacy requests — including biometric data removal under GDPR — email privacy@vidgen.pk with the subject "Urgent deletion" and we will action it as a priority.

I want to license VidGen for an entire organisation. Who do I speak to?+
